A Canvas64 cell is an ad spot you pay for once in USDC on Base: $30 for a free cell, from your own wallet, with no account, no subscription and no middleman. It shows your photo or logo, your name and links to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, X or Linktree to everyone who visits the wall, and it stays yours until someone pays more for it. When they do, the money goes to you.

## What you get for $30

- **A cell on a public wall of 64**, shown large enough to read without zooming, with its own page such as [https://canvas64.com/D4](https://canvas64.com/D4) to link from anywhere.
- **Your photo, name and links**, set and changed by you at any time after you sign in with the same wallet. A photo is screened before it shows.
- **A place on the boards.** The three priciest cells are shown again on large boards above the wall, ranked No. 1 to No. 3.
- **No running cost.** You pay once. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.

## When someone buys your spot

Anyone can buy a cell out at the next step, 1.65× the last price, and the owner cannot refuse. That is what pays you:

- For a cell you claimed for $30, the next buyer pays $50 and you get $49 in the same transaction.
- After that you keep a royalty of 5% on every later sale of that cell, forever, paid by the contract to your wallet.

## How to claim a cell

1. Get USDC on Base in a wallet such as Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask or Rainbow, plus a little ETH there for the network fee: [wallets and paying](https://canvas64.com/docs/wallets-and-paying.md).

3. Approve exactly $30 of USDC and confirm the purchase. The cell shows your wallet's name at once; add your photo and links when you like.
