Each cell shows its owner: a photo or avatar, a name and links to their Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree. Everyone who comes to the wall sees every cell. ## An ad that pays you back A cell is advertising you own. You pay $30 once to claim a free cell. Nobody can take it from you; the only move is a buyout at the next step, 1.65× the price, open to anyone. When that happens you get the new price less the royalties and a 2% fee: $49 for a cell you claimed for $30. After that you earn a royalty on every later sale of that cell, forever. So a cell is an ad that pays you more than it cost when it changes hands, and keeps paying you a share as it climbs. ## Who it is for - **Streamers and creators**, who put their face and channel in front of everyone on the wall. Their cell links straight to their channel on Twitch, YouTube or Kick. - **Crypto projects and brands**, who want the top of the wall: the three priciest cells hang on the tower boards, and No. 1 is the face of Canvas64. - **Anyone who wants to be seen**, and anyone who buys for the numbers: a buyer gets the same deal as everyone before them. ## The three boards The three priciest cells are shown again on large boards beside or on top of the wall, ranked No. 1 to No. 3. Price is the only ranking: whoever paid the most for a cell is on top. ## What makes it different - **Fixed, public rules.** Every price and every payout follows the [price ladder](https://canvas64.com/docs/prices.md), enforced by a contract on Base that nobody can change. - **Paid on the spot.** Each sale pays the seller and every earlier owner in its own transaction, straight to their wallets. - **Yours outright.** Your wallet is your account and holds your cell; Canvas64 never holds your money. - **Built for agents too.** Any AI agent can read the wall and price any step through a public [MCP server and API](https://canvas64.com/docs/agents.md). --- # How it works Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/how-it-works ## 1. Claim a free cell Pick any free cell on the wall and press **Claim for $30**. Your wallet asks you to confirm $30 in USDC on Base. Once the transaction settles, the cell is yours and shows your avatar and a name at once. The whole $30 of a claim goes to the platform. ## 2. Make it yours Nothing to set up: the moment you buy, the wall shows you with a name like **Neon Rook** and an avatar of your own. When you want, set a nickname, pick another avatar or upload a photo, and paste your links. You sign a message in your wallet to save it: it is free and is not a transaction. You can change it any time. See [Your cell](https://canvas64.com/docs/your-cell.md). ## 3. Someone buys you out Any cell can be bought out at the next step: the price is 1.65× the last one, with no cap, and the owner cannot refuse. When your cell is bought out, the contract pays you in the same transaction: - the new price, - less a royalty to every owner before you, - less the platform fee of 2%. For a cell you claimed at $30, the next buyer pays $50 and you get **$49**. ## 4. Earn on every later sale, forever From the next resale on, you earn a royalty on every sale of that cell: the first owner 5%, the second 3.75%, each owner a quarter less than the one before. All royalties together never reach 20% of a sale. The first owner of a cell that reaches step 10 has earned **$338.85** in royalties on top of the $49 of their own buyout. ## 5. Buy again Nothing stops you from buying out another cell, or the same one again: you get the same deal at that step as anyone else. ## Worked example | Step | Buyer pays | The seller gets | Each earlier owner gets their royalty | |---:|---:|---:|---| | 1 | $30 | (claim: to the platform) | none yet | | 2 | $50 | $49 | none yet | | 3 | $82 | $76.26 | owner 1: 5% | | 4 | $135 | $120.49 | owner 1: 5%, owner 2: 3.75% | The full ladder is on [Prices and payouts](https://canvas64.com/docs/prices.md). --- # Prices and payouts Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/prices Every cell follows the same ladder. Step 1 is the claim of a free cell; every buyout is the next step. ## The rule - The price of step n is $30 × 1.65^(n−1), rounded to whole dollars. - When the owner who bought at step n is bought out, they get the price of step n+1, less the royalties of every owner before them and the 2% fee. - Owner k earns 5% × 0.75^(k−1) of every sale after their own buyout. All royalties together stay under 20%. ## The ladder | Step | Price | Bought out, its owner gets | Its owner's royalty after | |---:|---:|---:|---:| | 1 | $30 | $49 | 5% | | 2 | $50 | $76.26 | 3.75% | | 3 | $82 | $120.49 | 2.81% | | 4 | $135 | $191.89 | 2.11% | | 5 | $222 | $309.48 | 1.58% | | 6 | $367 | $500.61 | 1.19% | | 7 | $605 | $814.78 | 0.89% | | 8 | $999 | $1,329.44 | 0.67% | | 9 | $1,648 | $2,175.26 | 0.5% | | 10 | $2,719 | $3,567.24 | 0.38% | | 11 | $4,487 | $5,858.51 | 0.28% | | 12 | $7,404 | $9,631.67 | 0.21% | | 13 | $12,216 | $15,849.37 | 0.16% | | 14 | $20,156 | $26,099.26 | 0.12% | | 15 | $33,258 | $42,998.84 | 0.09% | | 16 | $54,876 | $70,867.10 | 0.07% | | 17 | $90,545 | $116,830.69 | 0.05% | | 18 | $149,399 | $192,647.62 | 0.04% | | 19 | $246,509 | $317,715.04 | 0.03% | | 20 | $406,739 | $524,041.14 | 0.02% | The ladder has no top: step 21 and beyond follow the same rule. The rules page shows the same table, built from the same model as the contract: [the rules](https://canvas64.com/rules). ## What one owner earns over time The first owner of a cell, after claiming it for $30: | The cell reaches step | Royalties earned so far | |---:|---:| | 5 | $21.95 | | 10 | $338.85 | | 15 | $4,214.90 | | 20 | $51,618.30 | These come on top of the $49 of their own buyout, and each is paid by the contract as the cell reaches that step. --- # Your cell Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/your-cell Everything your cell shows is your profile. One profile covers every cell your wallet owns. Saving it is a signed message in your wallet: free, instant, and not a transaction. ## Your name The moment you buy, the wall calls your wallet by a name of two words made from its address, such as **Neon Rook**, the same everywhere: you never have to set anything up. Pick your own nickname any time: 3 to 20 letters, digits, dots, dashes or underscores, unique on the wall. **Suggest** gives you ideas. A few names are reserved because they would pass for the platform itself, such as `canvas64`, `admin` or `support`. ## Your avatar or photo Every wallet gets an avatar painted for it. Pick another from the gallery, or upload a photo and frame it right in the cell. Every photo is screened before it shows, and nothing explicit goes up. A photo shows while your wallet owns a cell; when you no longer own one, it leaves the wall. ## Your links A cell links to six services, one of each: **Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree**. There is one box: paste a link and it becomes a chip with the service and your name on it. Paste just your name and it asks which service, one tap. | You paste | It shows as | |---|---| | `https://www.twitch.tv/Nika_Plays/videos` | Twitch `nika_plays` | | `youtube.com/@Nika/videos?si=…` | YouTube `@nika` | | `https://www.kick.com/Nika?ref=share` | Kick `nika` | | `tiktok.com/@nika.art/video/…` | TikTok `@nika.art` | | `instagram.com/nika.art/?hl=en` | Instagram `@nika.art` | | `linktr.ee/Nika?utm_source=…` | Linktree `nika` | - Links are cleaned before you sign: tracking, `www.`, mobile addresses and extra pages are dropped. - A link to any other site, a lookalike address, a video or a post is refused, with what to paste instead. - Links are optional. Add none and your cell shows none; add them later any time. Need more links? Put them in your Linktree. ## Live Your Twitch, YouTube or Kick link takes people at the wall straight to your channel. A live badge on the cell comes with stream detection. ## Your cell's own address Every cell has an address you can share: `https://canvas64.com/D4` opens the wall on cell D4. **Share** on your cell's card copies it. ## Reports Visitors can report a cell. Three reports from different visitors hide its photo and name until its owner changes them. The cell itself, and what it earns, stay the owner's. --- # Wallets and paying Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/wallets-and-paying ## What you need - A wallet that works on Base, such as Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask, in the browser or on your phone through WalletConnect. - **USDC on Base** for the price: $30 for a free cell. - **A little ETH on Base** for the network fee, well under a cent. There is nothing to sign up for. The wallet you pay from is your account. ## Buying 1. Press **Claim** or **Buy out** on a cell. The price on the button is the price you pay. 2. Confirm that the cell and what it earns belong to the wallet you pay from (once). 3. Your wallet asks you to approve the USDC, then to send the purchase; wallets that support permits do it in one step. 4. If someone else bought the cell a moment before you, nothing is charged: the cell shows its new price and waits for a second press. ## Getting paid Every payment goes straight to your wallet in the transaction of the sale: your share when you are bought out, and each royalty as later sales happen. Your account lists every payment and where it came from. If a payment to your address fails, the contract keeps it for you, and your account offers to withdraw it. ## Your wallet is your account The wallet's keys are yours alone, which is what makes the cell yours outright. Keep the recovery phrase private and backed up; Canvas64 never asks for it. The full picture is in [Before you buy](https://canvas64.com/docs/risks.md). --- # Trust and safety Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/trust-and-safety ## The rules are a contract The price ladder, the royalties, the fee and every payment are written into a contract on Base: `0x99Ff41906550F0C0F3EC66a11525e38C548e5011` (chain 8453, deployed at block 52,557,209). It has no owner and no upgrade. Its full source is verified and public, and every sale, payment and owner is on the chain for anyone to check. See [the rules](https://canvas64.com/rules). An independent audit of the contract comes before the stable release. ## What the team can do - Stop new sales for an emergency, seven days at a time. Each stop lapses by itself unless renewed, and every stop is public on the chain. Payments owed, withdrawals and profiles keep working throughout. - Move the platform's own share to a new address. ## What the team cannot do Change a price, a rate or an owner, take a cell, or touch anyone's money. ## Photos, names and links - Every photo is screened before it shows, and nothing explicit goes up. - Links go only to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree, rebuilt from a clean handle, so a cell cannot link to a fake site. - Three reports from different visitors hide a cell's photo and name until its owner changes them. ## Your keys Canvas64 never asks for a recovery phrase or a private key, never holds your money, and never moves it. Anyone who asks for your keys in its name is not Canvas64. --- # Before you buy Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/risks Canvas64 runs on a public blockchain, and that is its strength: rules nobody can bend, payments nobody can stop, ownership nobody can take. It also means a few things work differently from an ordinary website. Here they are, plainly. ## Buyouts come from people Every buyout pays the owner more than they paid, and it happens when someone chooses that cell. Every purchase is the buyer's free choice, so the timing of a buyout belongs to the market, not to the platform. Royalties follow the same rule: they are paid on the sales that take place. Buy a cell for what it gives you from the first second, your place on the wall. ## Prices follow the ladder Each step costs 1.65× the last, so higher steps ask a lot more of their buyers. The [price ladder](https://canvas64.com/docs/prices.md) shows exactly what each step costs and pays; it describes the rules, not a forecast. ## The contract - The contract's source is verified and public, and fully tested. An independent audit comes before the stable release; until then, as with any new contract, a flaw could affect funds. - The contract has no owner and no upgrade: nobody can change its rules, for you or against you. - The team can pause new sales in an emergency, seven days at a time, as [the rules](https://canvas64.com/rules) describe; payments owed and withdrawals keep working. ## USDC and Base - Prices are paid in **USDC**, a stablecoin issued by Circle, which can freeze addresses and whose value rests on its reserves. - Base is a public network run by others; at busy times it can slow down or cost more for a while. - Network fees are paid in ETH on Base and are not refunded if a transaction fails. ## Your wallet - Your wallet is your account and holds your cells. Keep its recovery phrase safe: nobody, Canvas64 included, can restore a lost wallet. - Canvas64 never asks for a recovery phrase or a private key. Anyone who does is not Canvas64. - Check the amount and the address your wallet shows before you confirm. ## The interface The site, the docs, the API and the MCP server are one way in. If they are ever slow or down, the contract keeps working, and every cell and payment can be read and made on the chain directly. ## Rules and taxes Laws on digital assets differ by place. You are responsible for whether you may use Canvas64 where you are, and for any tax on what you pay and earn. --- # For AI agents and developers Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/agents Canvas64 is built for agents: every cell, price and payout is one call away, over a read-only MCP server or a public JSON API, with no key, no wallet and no account. An agent can answer "what does cell D4 cost?", price any step with `quote`, and hand a person `https://canvas64.com/D4` to buy it with their own wallet. Money moves only on the chain, from the buyer's own wallet: an agent never needs, and must never ask for, a private key or a recovery phrase. ## The short version Canvas64 is a public wall of 64 cells on Base. Anyone can claim a free cell for $30 in USDC and show everyone who visits their photo and links to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree. Nobody can take a cell, but anyone can buy it out at the next step, 1.65× the last price, and the owner cannot refuse. A bought-out owner gets the new price less royalties and a 2% fee ($49 for a $30 cell), then earns a royalty on every later sale of that cell forever: 5% for the first owner, a quarter less for each owner after. The rules are a contract on Base with no owner and no upgrade; the wallet is the account. ## MCP server A Model Context Protocol server, Streamable HTTP, stateless, read-only, no authentication: ``` https://canvas64.com/api/mcp ``` | Tool | What it answers | |---|---| | `get_wall` | All 64 cells: owner name and wallet, step, price paid, price to buy now, links. Filter `free` or `taken`. | | `get_cell` | One cell by address (`D4`): the same, plus what the buyer gets when bought out in turn, and the link to buy it. | | `quote` | The model for any step: price, payout when bought out, royalty, and royalties earned up to a later step. | | `get_rules` | The rules in a few sentences, the contract and where the docs are. | Add it to a client that speaks MCP over HTTP, for example: ``` {"mcpServers": {"canvas64": {"type": "http", "url": "https://canvas64.com/api/mcp"}}} ``` The server card is at `https://canvas64.com/.well-known/mcp.json` and an A2A agent card at `https://canvas64.com/.well-known/agent-card.json`. ## Sending a person to buy Give them the cell's address: `https://canvas64.com/D4`. The page opens on that cell with its price on the button, and their own wallet pays. Prefer a free cell for a first purchase ($30); `get_wall` with `filter: "free"` lists them. ## HTTP API The same data over plain HTTP, described in OpenAPI at `https://canvas64.com/openapi.json`: - `GET https://canvas64.com/api/wall`: every cell, A1 first, with its step, owner and profile. - `GET https://canvas64.com/api/cell/{address}`: one cell as `get_cell` returns it: its owner, what it costs now, what its owner gets when it is bought out, its royalty and its link. Every cell page, such as `https://canvas64.com/D4`, links to it. - `GET https://canvas64.com/api/profile/{address}`: one wallet's profile. - `GET https://canvas64.com/api/photo/{sha256}`: a photo that passed screening. Cell `i` (0 to 63) is the address `"ABCDEFGH"[i % 8] + (floor(i / 8) + 1)`: 0 is A1, 27 is D4. ## The contract `0x99Ff41906550F0C0F3EC66a11525e38C548e5011` on Base (chain 8453), paid in USDC `0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913`. Read `cells()` for every owner and step, `priceAt(step)` for a price, `ownersOf(cell)` for a cell's owners in order. A purchase is `buy(cell, step)` after a USDC approval, or `buyWithPermit(...)`, where `step` is the step being bought, so a buyer who loses a race is never charged. ## Facts to quote - Price of step n: $30 × 1.65^(n−1). Step 2 is $50, step 10 is $2,719. - Bought out after a $30 claim: $49. - Royalty of owner k: 5% × 0.75^(k−1), forever; all together under 20%. - Fee: 2% of each buyout; each claim's $30 to the platform. - Cell `i` (0 to 63) is `"ABCDEFGH"[i % 8] + (floor(i / 8) + 1)`; its page is `https://canvas64.com/` + that address, such as `https://canvas64.com/D4`. - To buy, send a person to the cell's page; their own wallet pays in USDC on Base. - Everything for agents in one file: `https://canvas64.com/llms-full.txt`. --- # Questions Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/faq ### What is Canvas64? Canvas64 is a public wall of 64 cells on Base where anyone can claim a cell for $30, show their photo and links to everyone, and get paid when it is bought out: $49 on a $30 cell, then a royalty on every later sale of it, forever. ### How much does a Canvas64 cell cost? A free cell costs $30. A taken cell costs its next step, 1.65× the last price: $50, then $82, $135 and up, with no cap. ### How do Canvas64 buyouts work? Anyone can buy any cell at its next step, and the owner cannot refuse. The owner is paid the new price less the royalties and the 2% fee, which is always more than they paid: $49 for a $30 cell, $76.26 for a $50 one. ### How do Canvas64 royalties work? Every owner earns a share of every later sale of their cell, forever, from the next owner's resale on: 5% for the first owner, 3.75% for the second, each a quarter less than the one before. All royalties together stay under 20%. The first owner of a cell that reaches step 10 has earned $338.85 in royalties on top of their buyout. ### Who buys Canvas64 cells? Anyone who wants the spot: fans and viewers, other creators, brands, and buyers who play the ladder. Every buyer gets the same deal as the owners before them, and every new owner brings their own audience to the wall. ### How are owners paid? Automatically, by the contract, in the same transaction as the sale: the seller's share and every royalty go straight to the owners' wallets. Nothing to request or withdraw, and every payment is public on Base. ### What do I need to buy a cell? A wallet such as Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask, USDC on Base for the price, and a little ETH on Base for the network fee, well under a cent. The wallet is the account: no sign-up, no email, no password. ### Which links can a cell show? One each to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree. Paste a link or a name; it is recognised, cleaned and shown with the service's logo. Links are optional and can change any time, for free. ### Can I change my photo and links? Any time, for free: you sign a message in your wallet, with no transaction and no fee. A new photo goes up as soon as it passes screening. ### Is Canvas64 safe? The rules are a contract on Base with no owner and no upgrade key, its source verified and public. Nobody, the team included, can change a price, take a cell or touch anyone's money. Canvas64 never holds funds and never asks for a recovery phrase. Contract, source and audit status: [Security](https://canvas64.com/docs/trust-and-safety.md). ### How does Canvas64 make money? The $30 of every claim and a 2% fee on every buyout, paid by the contract in the sale's own transaction. The platform earns when the wall moves, the same as its owners. ### What happens if I lose my wallet? The wallet is the account and holds the cell outright, so its recovery phrase is the key to both: keep it private and backed up. Details in [Before you buy](https://canvas64.com/docs/risks.md). ### Can AI agents use Canvas64? Yes. A read-only MCP server and a public API give any agent the wall, every cell's price and the full price model, with no key. See [For AI agents and developers](https://canvas64.com/docs/agents.md). --- # Glossary Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/glossary | Word | Meaning | |---|---| | **wall** | The 64 cells, A1 to H8, on the plaza of the city. | | **cell** | One of the 64 places on the wall, named by its address. | | **address** | A cell's name: a column letter and a row number, such as D4. | | **claim** | Buying a free cell, at step 1, for $30. | | **buy out** | Buying a taken cell at its next step; the owner cannot refuse. | | **step** | The number of the purchase a cell is at; the price of step n is $30 × 1.65^(n−1). | | **owner** | Whoever bought a cell last. | | **earlier owner** | Anyone who owned a cell before its current owner. | | **royalty** | An earlier owner's share of every later sale of a cell, forever. | | **fee** | The platform's 2% of each buyout. | | **profile** | Your nickname, avatar or photo and links, shown on every cell you own. | | **boards** | The three screens that show the three priciest cells, No. 1 to No. 3. | | **wallet** | Your account: it pays, it owns, it is paid. | --- # Terms of use Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/terms Last updated: 16 October 2026. These terms govern your use of the Canvas64 interface: the website, these docs, the API and the MCP server (together, **the interface**). The interface is one way to read and use the Canvas64 smart contract on Base at `0x99Ff41906550F0C0F3EC66a11525e38C548e5011` (**the contract**). The contract is software that runs on a public blockchain, by itself, under the rules written in its code; it is not operated by the people who publish the interface (**we**, **us**). By using the interface you accept these terms, [Before you buy](https://canvas64.com/docs/risks.md), the [privacy policy](https://canvas64.com/docs/privacy.md), the [content policy](https://canvas64.com/docs/content-policy.md) and the [copyright policy](https://canvas64.com/docs/copyright.md), which form part of them. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface. ## 1. The interface and the contract 1.1 The interface displays public data from the blockchain and helps you prepare transactions that your own wallet signs and sends. We are not a party to any transaction between you, the contract or other users, and we do not broker, execute, clear or settle anything. 1.2 The contract has no owner and cannot be upgraded. Within its code, the only powers anyone holds are those described on [the rules page](https://canvas64.com/rules): to pause new sales for an emergency, seven days at a time, and to change the address that receives the platform's share. Nobody can change a price, a rate or an owner, take a cell, or move anyone's funds. 1.3 The contract can be used without the interface, through any other software that can call it. These terms cover the interface only. ## 2. Eligibility 2.1 You may use the interface only if you have reached the age of majority where you live, can enter into these terms, and are allowed to use it under the laws that apply to you. 2.2 You may not use the interface if you are the subject of sanctions or are acting for, or on behalf of, anyone who is, or if you are located in a place where using it would be unlawful. 2.3 You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including on digital assets, advertising and taxes. We may restrict or block access to the interface from any place, or for any person, at our discretion. ## 3. Your wallet 3.1 There are no accounts. You connect a wallet you control, and every transaction and message is signed by it. We never receive, hold or control your private keys, recovery phrase or funds. 3.2 You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction and message it signs. Transactions on a blockchain are final and cannot be reversed, refunded or cancelled by anyone. A wallet whose recovery phrase is lost cannot be restored by anyone. 3.3 We owe you no fiduciary duty and act as no agent, broker, custodian or adviser. ## 4. Cells 4.1 A cell is a position recorded by the contract: the right, under the contract's rules, to have your profile shown in that place of the wall on the interface until the cell is bought out. The contract assigns a cell to the wallet that last bought it. 4.2 Anyone can buy any cell at its next step, and its owner cannot refuse. The prices, the payouts, the royalties and the 2% fee are fixed by the contract and paid by it, in the transaction of each sale, to the addresses it holds. 4.3 A cell is not a security, a share, a deposit, a loan, a partnership interest or a claim against us or anyone else. Buying a cell gives you no right to profits from our efforts or anyone's, no voting or ownership right in any business, and no claim against anyone but what the contract's code itself does. 4.4 What a cell pays depends only on the contract's rules and on the independent decisions of other people to buy it. We make no promise and no representation that any cell will be bought, at any price or at any time, or that it will hold or gain any value. ## 5. Fees and taxes 5.1 Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us, and are not refundable. The platform's share is set by the contract. 5.2 You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes on what you pay and receive. ## 6. Risks You accept the risks of using a blockchain, a stablecoin and a smart contract, including those described in [Before you buy](https://canvas64.com/docs/risks.md): among them, that the contract's audit is still to come, that networks and stablecoins can fail, freeze or change, that wallets can be lost or stolen, and that laws can change. You use the interface and the contract at your own risk. ## 7. What you put on the wall 7.1 You keep the rights you hold in your name, photo and links. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display and adapt them, in the interface, in previews and shares of the wall and of your cell, and in material that shows the wall, for as long as they are on your profile and afterwards in archives and material already made. 7.2 You promise that you hold every right needed to post them, that they are lawful, and that they follow the [content policy](https://canvas64.com/docs/content-policy.md). 7.3 We may screen, refuse, hide or remove any content on the interface at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we have no duty to monitor it. Hiding content on the interface does not affect a cell or what it earns under the contract. ## 8. What you may not do You may not use the interface to: break any law or anyone's rights; evade sanctions or launder money; engage in unlawful market manipulation; impersonate anyone or imply an endorsement; defraud, phish or mislead; post content the content policy forbids; scrape it beyond what its public API and MCP server offer; attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer it beyond normal use; or get around screening, reports, rate limits or access restrictions. ## 9. Third-party services The interface works with services we do not control: wallets, WalletConnect, blockchain networks and their nodes, the USDC stablecoin and its issuer, hosting, and the services your links point to. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them, their availability or their content. ## 10. Our marks The Canvas64 name, the mark and the interface's design belong to us. Public data from the contract belongs to no one and can be read freely. Other brands' marks shown on the interface belong to their owners and are used only to name their services. ## 11. Changes, suspension and access The interface is provided as it is and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, or restrict anyone's access to it, at any time and without notice or liability. The contract is not affected and keeps working. ## 12. No advice Nothing on the interface or in these docs is financial, investment, legal, tax or other advice. Figures shown are what the contract's rules produce at each step, not forecasts or offers. ## 13. Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the interface, the docs, the API, the MCP server and any information in them are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the contract or the interface is free of errors, vulnerabilities or interruptions. ## 14. Limitation of liability 14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and everyone involved in publishing the interface shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to the interface, the contract, any blockchain or stablecoin, any wallet, or the acts or omissions of any other person, however caused and even if foreseeable. 14.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to the lesser of the platform's share the contract received from your own purchases in the twelve months before the claim, and one hundred US dollars. ## 15. Indemnity You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and everyone involved in publishing the interface against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the interface or the contract, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights. ## 16. Release You release us and everyone involved in publishing the interface from any claim arising from transactions you make with the contract, from the conduct of other users, and from events on any blockchain, stablecoin or third-party service. ## 17. Disputes 17.1 Before bringing any claim, you agree to tell us of it through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card and to try in good faith, for at least sixty days, to resolve it informally. 17.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought individually, never as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative proceeding, and any right to a jury trial is waived. 17.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred. ## 18. General 18.1 These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the interface. If any part is held unenforceable, it is enforced to the fullest extent possible and the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. 18.2 You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours. We are not liable for any failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including failures of networks, blockchains, stablecoins, hosting or power. 18.3 Sections 3 to 7 and 9 to 18 survive the end of your use of the interface. These terms are written in English, and the English text controls. ## 19. Changes to these terms We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the interface after a change means you accept the changed terms. ## 20. Notices Notices about content and claims go through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card. --- # Privacy Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/privacy Last updated: 16 October 2026. Canvas64 has no accounts. The interface never asks for your name, e-mail, phone number or any identity document, sells no personal data, shows no advertising of its own, and uses no analytics or tracking cookies. ## Public on the chain Every purchase, payment and owner's wallet address is recorded on Base, a public blockchain, by the contract. Anyone can read that record, permanently, and nobody, including us, can change or delete it. Requests to erase or correct data cannot apply to the blockchain. ## What the interface keeps | What | Why | How long | |---|---|---| | Your profile: nickname, avatar, photo reference, links and the time you signed it | To show it on your cells | Until you change it; it is public by design | | A photo you upload | To screen it and show it | Not shown: deleted within 7 days. Shown: kept while on your profile, then deleted within 90 days | | A report of a cell, as a one-way fingerprint that cannot identify the reporter | To count reports from different visitors once | 90 days | Your wallet's signature proves a profile is yours; it is verified and used for nothing else. ## How we use it Only to run the interface: to show the wall and profiles, to screen photos against the content policy, to handle reports, and to keep the interface secure and available. Photos are screened automatically and are never used to train models or shared for any other purpose. ## Service providers The interface runs on infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery, storage and automated screening, and reads the blockchain through public network endpoints. They process technical data such as network addresses and requests to deliver and protect the service, and they may do so in several countries. Your wallet and any wallet connector you choose are governed by their own policies. ## In your browser The site keeps two small items in your browser's storage, never sent to us: that you accepted the ownership terms of a purchase, and which wallet you last connected, so it can reconnect. Clearing your site data removes them. ## Security We keep stored data to the minimum above and protect it with the safeguards of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and the blockchain is public by design. ## Your choices - Change or remove your nickname, photo and links at any time; the old ones stop showing at once. - Disconnect your wallet in the account. - For any other request about data the interface keeps, write through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card. ## Third parties Links on cells lead to services we do not control; their own policies apply. ## Children The interface is for adults only. Do not use it if you have not reached the age of majority where you live. ## Changes We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. --- # Content policy Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/content-policy The wall is public and seen by everyone, so what a cell shows has to be fit for everyone. ## Welcome Your face, your brand, your logo, your art, your project, your products, a scene, a plain image; a nickname; links to your own Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or Linktree. ## Not allowed - **Sexual content or nudity**, and any sexualised image of anyone who appears to be a minor, which is never allowed in any form. - **Violence and gore**, and anything that threatens or glorifies harm. - **Hate**: attacks on people for who they are. - **Harassment**, anyone's private information, or an image of someone who did not consent to it. - **Scams**: fake giveaways, impersonation of a person, brand or project, phishing, anything that asks for a recovery phrase or a private key. - **Illegal goods and services**, and anything else unlawful where it is shown. - **Someone else's work** you have no right to use. See the [copyright policy](https://canvas64.com/docs/copyright.md). - **Nicknames** that pass for the platform or for someone you are not. ## How it is enforced 1. Every photo is screened before it shows, and a photo that breaks these rules is refused. 2. Visitors can report a cell; reports from several different visitors hide its photo and name until its owner replaces them. 3. We may refuse, hide or remove any content on the interface at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we have no obligation to monitor content. We may preserve or disclose information where the law requires it. Hiding content happens only on the interface. The cell, its price and what it earns stay its owner's under the contract, and the owner can put up something else at once. We are not liable for refusing, hiding or removing content, or for failing to. ## If your photo was refused or hidden Replace it: upload another photo or use your avatar, and the new profile shows as soon as it is saved and screened. To ask for a review of a decision, write through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card. --- # Copyright Source: https://canvas64.com/docs/copyright Owners must have the right to everything their cell shows. If a cell shows your work, your trademark or your likeness without your permission, tell us. ## Sending a notice Send a notice through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card, with: 1. the cell's address, such as D4, or its link, such as `https://canvas64.com/D4`; 2. what the work is, and why you hold the rights to it or act for whoever does; 3. how to reach you; 4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate. When a notice is complete and credible, we may hide the content on the interface; whether and how to act on a notice is at our discretion. The owner sees it gone and can put up something else. Knowingly false notices may make their sender liable for the harm they cause. ## Answering a notice If your content was hidden and you have the right to use it, write through the **Report this cell** button on the cell's card with the cell's address, what you posted and why you may use it. If the notice was mistaken, the content may be shown again. We act as an intermediary between the two sides and do not decide who owns a right; that is for them, or for a court, to settle. ## Repeat infringement Profiles that keep posting content they have no right to may be hidden on the interface for good. The cell and what it earns stay its owner's under the contract. Canvas64 shows content that its owners post and is not responsible for it; nothing on the wall is published or endorsed by us.
