Before you buy
Canvas64 runs on a public blockchain, and that is its strength: rules nobody can bend, payments nobody can stop, ownership nobody can take. It also means a few things work differently from an ordinary website. Here they are, plainly.
Buyouts come from people
Every buyout pays the owner more than they paid, and it happens when someone chooses that cell. Every purchase is the buyer's free choice, so the timing of a buyout belongs to the market, not to the platform. Royalties follow the same rule: they are paid on the sales that take place. Buy a cell for what it gives you from the first second, your place on the wall.
Prices follow the ladder
Each step costs 1.65× the last, so higher steps ask a lot more of their buyers. The price ladder shows exactly what each step costs and pays; it describes the rules, not a forecast.
The contract
- The contract's source is verified and public, and fully tested. An independent audit comes before the stable release; until then, as with any new contract, a flaw could affect funds.
- The contract has no owner and no upgrade: nobody can change its rules, for you or against you.
- The team can pause new sales in an emergency, seven days at a time, as the rules describe; payments owed and withdrawals keep working.
USDC and Base
- Prices are paid in USDC, a stablecoin issued by Circle, which can freeze addresses and whose value rests on its reserves.
- Base is a public network run by others; at busy times it can slow down or cost more for a while.
- Network fees are paid in ETH on Base and are not refunded if a transaction fails.
Your wallet
- Your wallet is your account and holds your cells. Keep its recovery phrase safe: nobody, Canvas64 included, can restore a lost wallet.
- Canvas64 never asks for a recovery phrase or a private key. Anyone who does is not Canvas64.
- Check the amount and the address your wallet shows before you confirm.
The interface
The site, the docs, the API and the MCP server are one way in. If they are ever slow or down, the contract keeps working, and every cell and payment can be read and made on the chain directly.
Rules and taxes
Laws on digital assets differ by place. You are responsible for whether you may use Canvas64 where you are, and for any tax on what you pay and earn.
